Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – August 10, 2022 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization (PEO) providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S., is pleased to announce it has acquired CEOHR, Inc., a Sarasota, Florida-based PEO.

Engage PEO will retain the employees and office of CEOHR.  This ensures that there will be minimal disruption to any clients from the transaction, a mutual goal of both parties.  CEOHR’s CEO, Darrin Fedder, and COO, Celeste Dockery, will continue in their current roles.
